LuxiClass Travel LLC operates as an independent contractor under Evolution Travel Agency #42954, which is hosted by Archer Travel Service, Inc. (IATA-accredited host agency). Theresa Norwood is an independent contractor for Archer Travel Service, Inc. and operates LuxiClass Travel LLC as an independent company with all financial responsibilities associated with it.

By using this website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or joining the TravelBoss Network team, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly:

• Contact forms — Name, email address, phone number, and any message you submit through the website
• Appointment booking (TidyCal) — Name, email, phone number, time zone, and any pre-call notes you enter when booking a Strategy Call or Back Office Overview
• Email list signup (MailPoet) — Email address and first name when you subscribe to team communications or updates
• Join/enrollment inquiries — Information shared when expressing interest in joining TravelBoss Network as a travel agent
• Direct communications — Any information you share when emailing, calling, or messaging Theresa directly

Information collected automatically:

• Browser and device data — Browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited, collected via standard WordPress and server logs
• Cookies — Small text files placed on your device by this website and its integrated tools (see Section 6)
• IP address — Logged automatically by web servers as a standard part of internet communication

Payment information:

If you purchase a product or service (such as the TravelBoss Ebook on books.teatalks.live), payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or banking information. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. We may retain a record of the transaction (amount, date, item purchased) for accounting purposes.

• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including Seller of Travel registrations
• Improve the content and functionality of this website
• Maintain records required by our host agency, Evolution Travel / Archer Travel Service, Inc.

• Agent enrollment records — Retained as required by Archer Travel / Evolution Travel compliance obligations

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Requests for earlier deletion may be submitted to theresa@travelbossnetwork.com.

LuxiClass Travel LLC and TravelBoss Network operate as a travel services business subject to Seller of Travel registration requirements in certain states. The following disclosures are required by law:

California: LuxiClass Travel LLC is registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of California (Registration No. 2001330-10). Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

Florida: LuxiClass Travel LLC is registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of Florida (Registration No. 35395).

Hawaii: LuxiClass Travel LLC is registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of Hawaii (Registration No. TAR-6612).

Travel agent services are offered through Evolution Travel Agency #42954, hosted by Archer Travel Service, Inc. (IATA-accredited host agency).
