Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (travelbossnetwork.com), booking an appointment, submitting a contact form, subscribing to communications, or participating in TravelBoss Network in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LuxiClass Travel LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the entity that owns and operates TravelBoss Network and this website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of this website and its associated services.

These Terms are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

About TravelBoss Network

TravelBoss Network is a travel agent training, mentorship, and team-building community operated by Theresa Norwood through LuxiClass Travel LLC. It operates as a team within Evolution Travel Agency #42954, which is hosted by Archer Travel Service, Inc. (IATA-accredited host agency).

TravelBoss Network provides:

• Information, education, and training resources for individuals interested in becoming independent travel agents
• Access to team training calls, community, and mentorship led by Theresa Norwood
• Guidance on enrollment with Evolution Travel through Sponsor ID #42954
• A community space for enrolled agents to learn, grow, and connect

TravelBoss Network is not a get-rich-quick program, a guaranteed income opportunity, or an employment offer. It is a legitimate travel business supported by an IATA-accredited host agency. Results depend entirely on individual effort, skills, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

No Income Guarantee

Building a travel business takes real work. Success as a travel agent depends on factors including — but not limited to — your personal sales ability, the time you invest, your existing network, the travel products you choose to sell, economic conditions, and the support you receive and use.

Theresa Norwood's results as a Triple Gold Consultant with Evolution Travel reflect years of dedicated effort and are shared for illustration purposes only. They are not a representation of what you will earn.

Nothing on this website, in any email, training call, video, social media post, or conversation with any team member constitutes a promise, representation, or guarantee of future earnings, profits, or business success.

Independent Contractor Status

Theresa Norwood is an Independent Contractor for Archer Travel Service, Inc. and operates LuxiClass Travel LLC as an independent company with all financial responsibilities associated with it.

Individuals who enroll through TravelBoss Network / Evolution Travel Agency #42954 become independent travel agents. This means:

• You are not an employee of LuxiClass Travel LLC, TravelBoss Network, Evolution Travel, or Archer Travel Service, Inc.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, licensing (where required), and compliance with applicable laws
• You are not entitled to employee benefits, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, or any similar protections
• You set your own hours, work your own way, and operate your own travel business under the Evolution Travel platform and Archer Travel's IATA accreditation
• Your relationship with Evolution Travel as a platform provider is governed by Evolution Travel's own independent agent agreement, which you agree to separately upon enrollment

Nothing in TravelBoss Network's training materials, communications, or community creates an employment relationship between you and any party.

Enrollment & Eligibility

To join TravelBoss Network as an enrolled travel agent, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid government-issued ID
• Complete enrollment through Evolution Travel using Sponsor ID #42954 (LuxiClass Travel LLC / Theresa Norwood)
• Agree to Evolution Travel's Independent Agent Agreement and all applicable terms
• Comply with any state or local licensing requirements applicable to your location

Enrollment fees, platform access, and compensation structures are governed by Evolution Travel's current agent agreement, not by LuxiClass Travel LLC. We encourage you to review all Evolution Travel documentation before enrolling.

LuxiClass Travel LLC reserves the right to decline to sponsor or support any individual at its sole discretion, including in cases of conduct inconsistent with TravelBoss Network's community standards (see Section 8).

Permitted Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about TravelBoss Network, contacting Theresa, booking appointments, and accessing team resources you are authorized to access.

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically collect content from this website without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of this website or its associated systems
• Use this website to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or disruptive content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with TravelBoss Network or LuxiClass Travel LLC
• Use TravelBoss Network's name, logo, or brand assets without prior written authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or its hosting infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website for any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct we determine to be harmful to TravelBoss Network, its members, or the public.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, training materials, page layouts, and the TravelBoss Network and LuxiClass Travel brand assets — is the exclusive property of LuxiClass Travel LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this website without express prior written consent from LuxiClass Travel LLC.

Team members who receive access to branded training materials, templates, graphics, or other resources through TravelBoss Network are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those materials solely for the purpose of building their own travel business under the TravelBoss Network team. This license does not permit sharing those materials with individuals outside the team or repurposing them for competing businesses.

Community Standards

The TravelBoss Network private community (hosted on Facebook and in team communications) is a professional space built for growth, support, and celebration. All team members agree to uphold the following standards:

• No cross-recruiting: Do not solicit, recruit, or attempt to move agents away from Sponsor ID #42954 or the TravelBoss Network team. Agents enrolled under Sponsor #42954 are part of this team and may not be solicited to join other teams, networks, or sponsor lines.
• No other MLM or business pitches: The TravelBoss Network community space is exclusively for travel business development. Do not promote, pitch, or recruit for any other multi-level marketing company, side business, or unrelated opportunity within community spaces.
• Professional conduct: Treat all team members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any conduct that creates a hostile environment will result in immediate removal from community spaces and, at our discretion, removal from team sponsorship.
• Accurate representation: When promoting your travel business or TravelBoss Network, you must not make income guarantees, misrepresent the opportunity, or make false claims about results, products, or partnerships.
• Compliance with platform rules: Abide by Facebook's Community Standards, Zoom's acceptable use policy, and any other platform rules governing the tools we use for community and training.

Violations of community standards may result in removal from the community group, suspension of mentorship support, or other actions at LuxiClass Travel LLC's sole discretion. Serious violations may be reported to Evolution Travel and/or Archer Travel Service, Inc.

No warranties: This website and all content, training materials, and resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

No professional advice: Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Information about travel agent opportunities, business structures, and income potential is for educational and informational purposes only. Third-party links and tools: We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services linked from this website, including TidyCal, Stripe, MailPoet, Zoom, Facebook, or Evolution Travel's back office platform. Use of these services is at your own risk.

Seller of Travel Disclosures

LuxiClass Travel LLC operates as a registered Seller of Travel in states that require such registration. The following disclosures are required by law and are provided as part of these Terms.

California: Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. LuxiClass Travel LLC (CA Reg. No. 2001330-10) is not a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation.

Florida & Hawaii: LuxiClass Travel LLC is registered in Florida (Reg. No. 35395) and Hawaii (Reg. No. TAR-6612) as required by state law.

Travel agent services are offered through Evolution Travel Agency #42954, hosted by Archer Travel Service, Inc. (IATA-accredited host agency). All travel bookings made through enrolled agents are subject to Evolution Travel's booking terms and the terms of the respective travel suppliers.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website or participation in TravelBoss Network shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in a representative capacity. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of this website or participation in TravelBoss Network after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the website and its associated services.

For enrolled team members, significant changes that affect your participation as a travel agent will be communicated via team email in advance of taking effect.
